Freshqo
Freshqo explores a new relationship between nourishment, productivity and wellbeing through a vertically organised hybrid environment. Conceived as an ecosystem for a young entrepreneur and the surrounding community, the 562 sqm project brings together fresh produce retail, collaborative workspaces and private residential spaces across three levels.
A central staircase connects the programme, while a gradual transition from active public areas to quieter work and recovery spaces establishes a clear spatial rhythm. Natural materials, including walnut veneer, travertine and woven rattan, complement a restrained earthy palette, while generous openings and planted terraces strengthen the connection to the outdoors.
